International Collaboration of Breast Registry Activities, ICOBRA, was founded by the Australasian Foundation of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to establish an internationally agreed and comparable data set, with the core ethic and commitment to improving patient outcomes.

At the ICOBRA meeting on September 11, 2024, the program was prepared by Puck Melse (Netherlands), Uwe von Fritshcen (Germany) and Hinne Rakhorst (Netherlands) with the theme: Let’s get some work done toward moving to an international platform of Breast Implant Registry Outcomes. Participants were from Australia, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the group examined the tables and figures to be pooled internationally. The group collected the required datapoints, variation in collections and definitions and adjusted, appreciated, and standardized the differences moving forward.
