EFSM Congress
With thanks to the European Federation of Societies for Microsurgery in Prague, Czech Republic, ICOPLAST held two 1-hour symposiums at the EFSM2026 Conference on 17 June 2026.
Under the leadership of Dr. Marzia Salgarello and Dr. Gregory Evans, two panels of international experts presented talks on Complex Challenges in Facial Paralysis made simple: Reinnervation, Reanimation & Rebalancing and Failed breast reconstruction: flap or not to flap?
Modern Concepts on Aesthetic Facial, Breast and Body Contouring Surgery
This symposium was held in collaboration with the Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ESPRS), with the support of Prof. Ahmed Khashaba, ICOPLAST Past President.
The ICOPLAST 10th Anniversary Symposium took place on the first day of the 56th Annual Conference of the
Egyptian Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ESPRS) at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, New Cairo, Egypt.
The BAPRAS Congress 2024: International took place from 4 – 6 December 2024 at the ICC in Newport, Wales where plastic surgery associations and societies from across the world presented a program filled with insightful talks delivered by International experts.
ICOPLAST was delighted to hold our Symposium on the third day of the BAPRAS Congress – Perception of Beauty and Plastic Surgery Training Models from Different Continents of the World.
Held from September 19 to 22, 2024, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, became the epicenter of groundbreaking discussions and innovative ideas in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
Hosted by the Society of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons in BiH (UPREHBiH), the congress was a joint effort by ICOPLAST, ESPRAS, BAFPRAS, FELLOWS IN SCIENCE, and UPREHBIH.
Great ICOPLAST panel on the influence of the plastic surgeon’s gender in the decision-making process of breast reconstruction on May 11th at the @euromicro2024 congress in Milan.
Organized and coordinated by Marzia Salgarello, ICOPLAST representative for Europe, it saw the discussion of 5 female microsurgeons and 5 male microsurgeons who expressed their personal opinions on the topic.
